Transform the voluntary benefits digital experience.

Collect an enormous amount of data, starting with what the consumer was eligible for, then what they were enrolled in, finally, which benefit had recent activity.

And display all of it with a beautiful new, easy to understand design – in less than 3 seconds.

THE SOLUTION

A site that holds critical information that consumers need infrequently has unique challenges.

We prioritized making educated assumptions about why the user would be there. We said information related to recent actions needed to be visible first.

We designed creative ways to render pages and keep the user feeling like they were moving forward while databases were working in the background.
